How do I return or exchange items?
We are here to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your jewelry. If not, you are welcome to contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. Please email us at info@iron-riot.com and we will guide you through the process. Please note that any unauthorized returns will not be accepted. We aim to ship out your new item within the same shipping time after receipt of your returned item.
Is my jewelry waterproof?
Yes, we love our quality jewelry and we made sure that these are water-, heat- and sweat proof. Nothing will hold you back to start your Riot!
What is the delivery time?
Shipping inside The Netherlands takes approximately 2-3 business days.
Any other worldwide delivery, we need 5-10 business days.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide.
How can I track my order?
For every order you will receive a track & trace code, so it will be easy to check the status.
Do I have to pay for duties and/or taxes?
This depends on your local customs, but only in very rare occasions duty will be applicable. Customers are responsible for any import duty payments.
