RETURN & EXCHANGE
Should you find your jewelry purchase less than entirely satisfying, please don't hesitate to reach out to us within 14 days of your item's delivery. You can request a return or exchange by sending an email to info@iron-riot.com, and we'll be there to assist you every step of the way. Please keep in mind that unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
RETURN/EXCHANGE TERMS
Our post-purchase warranty extends for a duration of 14 days from the moment your parcel is received, as per the logistics information.
Returned items must remain unopened or in their original, pristine condition with the original packaging intact. Regrettably, we cannot accept items that have been opened, damaged, or altered in any manner.
For a full refund, please ensure the gift box is returned alongside the item. Otherwise, the gift box cost will be deducted from your refund. In the case of a ring that will be send back, the ring should still include the ringsize label which is still intact.
Before sending back any items directly, kindly reach out to us for guidance. We do not accept returns that are dispatched without prior communication.
You are responsible for covering the shipping fees (both for the return and the resend) unless you've received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
When arranging for returns, please opt for a local postal courier, as DHL or other couriers may incur customs duties.
RETURN/REFUND PROCEDURE
Initiate the process by contacting us at info@iron-riot.com, and we will respond promptly. In your email, provide order details including your name, order number, and the reason for the return or exchange. We will first assess whether the received product meets the necessary criteria for return or exchange.
For returning broken or defective items, please include a clear picture depicting the issues with your item. If you're unable to provide a picture, we're here to assist.
If your item qualifies for a return and you need to proceed, we'll furnish you with a return address and a unique RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. This number should be prominently written on the label or outside the box. We cannot process your request without a valid RMA number and a provided tracking number via email at: info@iron-riot.com.
IMPORTANT: Upon receiving the return address we provide, please ensure your items are returned within 14 working days. Items returned after this period will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.
Once your package reaches our facility, we'll need a few days (in exceptional cases, up to 14 days) to process your request. During this time, our warehouse team will meticulously verify and account for all items received. As soon as we receive confirmation from our warehouse, we will reach out to you via email to confirm the receipt of your return and finalize the process. We'll handle the refund to your account in accordance with our return conditions.
